Welcome to the document portal populated by WESPLAW for techrug clients, a resource created specifically for MSPs seeking practical, reliable legal and operational documentation tailored to the realities of the IT services industry. We understand that MSPs operate in a fast-moving environment where well-drafted agreements are essential for managing risk, defining client relationships, and protecting your business. Our platform provides access to carefully prepared documents designed for IT service providers, including a Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), Critical Action Letters, Subcontractor Agreements, and other key business documents.
These materials are built to reflect the needs of modern IT service companies without requiring you to spend tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees to develop or continually update them through outside law firms. As a techrug client using the WESPLAW portal, the provided documents will be reviewed and updated annually, as needed, to reflect changes in industry practices and insurance policy considerations, with the goal of keeping your agreements current and effective while aligning them with the evolving business needs of IT service providers. Our goal is simple: to provide MSPs with additional tools to operate professionally, manage risk effectively, and scale their services with confidence. If there is something you need that is not on this page, please contact us at info@wesplaw.com or call Greg Barwell at 614-368-1234 (101).
