Bio
As an employment lawyer, Casey gained extensive experience representing clients in a variety of claims, including sexual harassment, Title VII discrimination, FMLA, ADEA and whistleblower claims. In law school, Casey also worked as a Law Clerk for the Franklin County Public Defender’s Office, where he provided legal representation and other services to those accused or convicted of a variety of misdemeanor and felony
offenses, ranging from traffic citations to violent crimes.
He is a 2022 graduate of Capital University Law School. During his time at Capital, Casey was a member of the Student Government Association’s Budget Committee and participated in the Family and Youth Advocacy Clinic, where he gained practical experience on a wide range of domestic issues.
From Cleveland, Ohio, he attended Cleveland State University for his undergraduate studies and received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Before attending law school, Casey worked as a Project Engineer with a heavy civil construction company, where he was responsible for the co-management and completion of multi-million-dollar public works projects. In his free time, Casey enjoys spending time fishing, boating, skiing, and
playing soccer.
