Joshua S. Nagy

Bio

Josh focuses his practice on civil litigation, most often in relation to real estate litigation, zoning disputes, and construction. His background in working with his family’s HVAC business to owning and operating a wedding photography studio has attenuated him to the unique needs of small to medium sized business owners.

Josh has a particularly deep interest in administrative law and understanding the constraints that agencies, townships, cities, and counties place upon business owners and property developers. This is especially evident in zoning restrictions that put a strain on Central Ohio’s rapid population growth.

Josh initially garnered this interest after cutting his teeth at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, where he represented a number of state agencies in general litigation, appeals, and administrative § 119 hearings. Since leaving that office, Josh uses that experience to help individuals and businesses navigate various governmental constraints and processes, including § 2506 hearings and appeals.

Josh resides in Powell with his wife Sarah and daughters Adaline and Eloise.
